There will be discussion by local and experienced professionals in both the town planning and engineering space, who will go through the general application process from start to finish.
What are the important elements of the Planning Act legislation 2016? What are the standard and legislated time frames throughout the submission process and who has responsibility of those times? What are some common tools that can be utilised between the initial application and the ultimate approval? These are examples of what questions you can expect to be answered over the course of this presentation.
